Spiritual Formation
Developing a deep personal relationship with God through prayer, sacraments, and spiritual practices...
Rigorous intellectual preparation through comprehensive study of philosophy, theology, and related disciplines, forming priests capable of teaching and defending the faith.
Academic formation provides the intellectual foundation necessary for effective priestly ministry. Our six-year program begins with two years of philosophy followed by four years of theology, ensuring graduates have a solid grasp of Catholic teaching and can engage contemporary intellectual challenges.
The philosophy program covers ancient, medieval, and modern philosophy with special emphasis on Thomistic philosophy. Students study logic, ethics, metaphysics, and the history of philosophical thought, developing critical thinking skills essential for theological studies.
Our theology curriculum includes Sacred Scripture, dogmatic theology, moral theology, Church history, canon law, liturgical studies, and pastoral theology. We maintain high academic standards while ensuring practical relevance to pastoral ministry.
Our library contains over 15,000 volumes, and seminarians have access to digital theological databases. Faculty members hold advanced degrees from prestigious institutions and bring extensive teaching and pastoral experience to their instruction.
